Previousley, I was Head of People at a leading technology company behind many of the world’s major interactive events, TV shows, and sports events. Reporting directly to the CEO, I lead and manage HR operations across offices in the UK and Europe, with a strong focus on acquiring, developing, and engaging high-value, diverse talent. My role is crucial in managing people services that support long-term business goals and outcomes.

And before that, I was Head of People for a European sports gaming platform and a software test and analysis platform across the USA, Europe, and India. I have lectured part-time at a university and worked as a recruitment manager for two of the UK’s top recruitment organisations. My career began as a project manager with a leading UK brewery’s project and building team, straight after earning a degree in Building. More recently, I was awarded a postgraduate diploma in personnel and development.

My ambition is to create a disruptive HRIS/recruitment SaaS platform that will be game-changing!
