We use Homerun, a recruitment platform provided by Homerun B.V., to manage our application process. Homerun acts as a data processor on our behalf and processes your data strictly under our instructions.

When you apply for a job through us, this Privacy Notice outlines how your personal information will be handled.


🔍 What Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

We may collect the following types of personal data when you apply for a role:


  • Contact details (name, email, address, etc.)
  • Date of birth
  • CV information (qualifications, skills, experience, work history)
  • Interview notes or correspondence
  • Any additional details provided via email, online forms, or interviews
     

Information We Collect Automatically


  • Data about your use of Homerun’s platform (e.g., location, pages visited)
  • Referrer sources (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards)
     

Information from Public Sources

We may supplement your application with data from publicly available sources (e.g., LinkedIn or other professional profiles).

Lawful Basis

We process your personal data under the legal basis of legitimate interest — specifically, the interest of recruiting the right people for our business.

  • To assess your application for a specific role
  • To consider you for future opportunities
  • To communicate with you throughout the recruitment process
  • To help Homerun improve its service
  • To match candidates with suitable roles using automated tools (final decisions are always made by humans)
     

🛡️ How We Keep Your Data Safe

We take data security seriously. Access is limited to those who need it, and all processing is done confidentially and securely. We also have procedures in place to deal with any suspected data breaches, and we’ll notify you (and any required regulators) if this happens.

Please note: while we do our best to protect your data, transmission over the internet isn’t completely secure. Submitting your data is done at your own risk.


🌍 Where We Store It


  • Data held directly by us is stored on secure servers in the EEA.
  • Data processed via Homerun may be transferred outside the EEA, but only to trusted providers under strict data protection agreements.
     

We’ve signed data processing agreements with Homerun and its partners to ensure your privacy rights are respected and protected.


⏳ How Long We Keep Your Data

We’ll retain your data only as long as necessary - typically for up to 1 year from your last interaction with us or our clients. You can request deletion sooner if you wish.

Your data will be deleted if:


  • You request it in writing
  • You delete it yourself (where possible)
  • A year has passed with no activity or introduction

You have the right to:


  • Access your data and how we use it
  • Correct any errors in your personal info
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Request a copy of your data in a transferable format
